There is a 5 metre wide access track to the field along Carrfield Lane.

The Soil Survey shows the land as predominantly in the Aberford Soil Series describing soils that are shallow, locally brashy, well drained calcareous fine vloamy soils over limestone with some deeper calcareous soils in colluvium.

Access

From Main Street in Barwick in Elmet turn down Carrfield Road and continue for approximately 400 metres. A Stephensons Rural ‘For Sale’ sign will indicate the field.
